Overview

Overmind ("Overmind," "we," "us") is a fantasy football companion app that connects to your Sleeper, ESPN Fantasy, and/or Yahoo Fantasy Football account(s) to generate AI-powered lineup insights, start/sit recommendations, and matchup analysis based on your real leagues. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an Overmind account, we collect the information needed to authenticate you (such as your email address), handled through our authentication provider.
• Connected fantasy platform data. When you connect a Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo Fantasy account, we access and store the league, roster, matchup, and standings data made available through that platform's official API, using the credentials or authorization you provide (for Yahoo, via OAuth; for ESPN, via the session credentials you supply; Sleeper's public league data requires no credentials). We only access data for leagues you explicitly connect.
• Subscription and purchase data. If you purchase a subscription, that transaction is processed by our payment provider (RevenueCat) and the applicable app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). Overmind does not directly collect or store your payment card details.
• Usage data. We may collect basic technical data (such as app version and error logs) to diagnose problems and keep the service reliable.

How We Use Information

• To generate the AI-powered insights, recommendations, and analysis Overmind provides -- your roster and matchup data is processed to produce this content.
• To maintain your account and keep your connected leagues in sync.
• To operate, secure, and improve the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide the service:

• With the fantasy platforms you connect (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo), to the extent required to read your league data through their official APIs.
• With our infrastructure and service providers (such as our cloud data and AI processing providers, and RevenueCat for subscription management), solely to operate Overmind on our behalf.

We do not use third-party advertising networks or ad-tracking SDKs.

Your Choices

• You can disconnect any connected fantasy platform from within the app at any time, which stops Overmind from accessing that platform's data going forward.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below.

Data Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with access controls limiting data to your own account. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

Overmind is intended for users 18 years of age and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
