How does the Overmind Start/Sit Decision Engine work?

The Overmind decision engine evaluates matchups hierarchically: active injury status, expert consensus tiers, Vegas implied team totals, target share %, and schedule-adjusted Defense vs Position (DvP). It prioritizes proven volume and scoring floor, using matchup difficulty as the decisive tiebreaker.

What is Rest of Season (ROS) Schedule DvP?

Defense vs. Position (DvP) measures how generous or stingy an opponent defense is to a specific position (QB, RB, WR, TE) relative to the NFL average. Rest of Season outlook grades all remaining matchups into Favorable (+8% above average), Neutral, and Tough (-8% below average), highlighting fantasy playoff weeks 15-17.

How does Overmind decide between two comparable players for Rest of Season?

Overmind uses a production-first evaluation: a player with a proven season scoring average lead of 1.5+ PPR PPG wins. If two players have comparable per-game production, the engine uses net favorable remaining schedule and playoff matchups to declare the decisive edge.

Can I compare 3 or 4 players at the same time?

Yes! The tool supports comparing up to 4 players simultaneously across Flex and same-position battles, providing exact start order rankings, sit reasons, and side-by-side receipts.
