Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Overmind (the "App"), a fantasy football companion app that connects to your Sleeper, ESPN Fantasy, and/or Yahoo Fantasy Football account(s) to generate AI-powered lineup insights, start/sit recommendations, and matchup analysis. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

What Overmind Is (and Isn't)

• Overmind reads data from the fantasy platforms you connect and generates informational insights, analysis, and suggestions. It does not place bets, execute trades, or submit lineup changes on your behalf -- any action in your own league always happens in Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo's own app or site, never automatically through Overmind.
• Overmind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or the NFL. All player, team, and league data is used under each platform's own public or authorized API access.
• AI-generated insights (start/sit calls, waiver targets, matchup analysis) are informational and based on available data -- they are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be treated as the sole basis for any fantasy football decision, real-money contest entry, or wager.

Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Overmind account and any connected fantasy platform credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Overmind.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide when connecting a fantasy platform (e.g., an ESPN league's cookie credentials, a Yahoo OAuth authorization, or a Sleeper username).

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed and managed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and processed via our subscription management provider. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are governed by that app store's own terms -- Overmind does not directly process or store your payment details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to violate the terms of service of Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or any connected platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's normal operation or infrastructure.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes on another person's rights.
• Share your account or connected platform credentials with anyone else.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Overmind does not guarantee that insights, data, or analysis will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that fantasy platform data will always sync correctly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overmind and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any fantasy football outcome, league decision, or financial result influenced by information the App provided.

Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for anyone who violates these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
